1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SnapFlow platform ("Service"), operated by SnapFlow Technologies, registered in Sri Lanka, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Provision & Subscriptions

SnapFlow provides cloud-based photo selection, client proofing, and studio management tools for photography studios and creative professionals. Subscriptions are billed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) or USD as selected at checkout on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

3. Payments & Gateway Services

All online payments, credit/debit card transactions, and wallet payments are securely processed via authorized Sri Lankan Payment Gateways (PayHere / Partner Banks). By completing a transaction, you authorize SnapFlow to charge your designated payment method for the agreed plan fees.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Photographers retain 100% full copyright and ownership of all images, assets, and galleries uploaded to SnapFlow. SnapFlow claims no ownership rights over your clients' photographs or studio assets.

5. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload unlawful, offensive, or copyright-infringing material. SnapFlow reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate Sri Lankan digital content laws or system integrity.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
